Hugh Hefner Releases Statement Distancing Himself From Bill Cosby

Earlier in December, yet another woman has come forward with allegations that comedian and actor Bill Cosby sexually assaulted her. She claims that the assault took place when she was a minor, after he had invited her to the Playboy mansion.

Her report accuses Bill Cosby of arranging for her and her friend to escort him to the Playboy mansion, after getting them drunk. He is alleged to have told them that if anyone should ask them about their age, they should lie.

Once at the mansion, alleged to have performed a sex act on himself without their content.

Bill Cosby is an old friend of Playboy founder, Hugh Hefner, and regularly attended parties at the famous mansion.

As a result of the controversial allegations, the 88-year-old has issued a recent statement, effectively distancing himself from Bill Cosby:

“Bill Cosby has been a good friend for many years and the mere thought of these allegations is truly saddening. I would never tolerate this kind of behavior, regardless of who was involved.”

Bill Cosby Denies All Charges

It should be said that Bill Cosby denies all charges against him, accusing this latest claimant of lying in an effort to extort money from him.

According to Bill Cosby’s lawyer, the woman has originally contacted the troubled comedian and “demanded money in exchange for silence after first purportedly trying to sell her story to tabloids a decade ago,” according to GossipCop.

The Associated Press also mentioned that the woman “claims … she discovered its impact on her within the past three years, which allows her to file the lawsuit under California law.”

“Huth claims she was emotionally and psychologically damaged from the incident. As for why she filed so late, Huth claims she was so mentally scarred, that she only recently connected her psychological issues with the alleged incident.”
